Where is the building? At Marquès de Barberà, 27, in El Raval, Barcelona. A 5-minute walk from Las Ramblas, La Boqueria market, MACBA and the Gothic Quarter.

What is the minimum stay? For tourist apartments, the minimum stay is 2 nights. For medium-stay studios, the minimum is 31 nights.

How does check-in work? Check-in is self-service with a unique door code. From 15:00 you can go straight to the building and your accommodation — no need to meet anyone or follow a fixed schedule.

What types of accommodation are available? 8 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom tourist apartments (minimum 2 nights), plus 2 ground-floor studios with a large private patio for medium stays (minimum 31 nights).

Is there a terrace? Yes. The building has a communal rooftop terrace with views over Barcelona's rooftops, available to all guests.

What is included in the price? Free WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen and a welcome kit. A €60 cleaning fee applies per stay. Tourist apartments are subject to the Barcelona tourist tax of €10.45 per person over 15 per night (maximum 7 nights). Studios are exempt from this tax.

Is it cheaper to book directly? Yes, always. Booking on our website saves you up to 10% compared to Booking.com and Airbnb for the same accommodation.

Is there a security deposit? Yes, €200. For stays under 7 nights it is held on your card (not charged). For 7 nights or more it is charged. Returned automatically on check-out day (longer stays) or 7 days after arrival (shorter stays).

What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations made more than 10 days before arrival are free of charge.
