Tourist apartments — Minimum 2 nights The building features 8 one-bedroom apartments and 4 two-bedroom apartments, all with tourist licence (HUTB). Available for stays from 2 nights. All include a lift, free WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen and a welcome kit with courtesy products.
Studios (commercial premises) — Medium stay The two ground-floor studios are located in commercial premises and come with a large exclusive private patio — a rare find in central Barcelona. Available for medium stays only (minimum 31 nights, maximum 11 months). Ideal for students, professionals or digital nomads looking for a characterful space with private outdoor area in the heart of El Raval. Studios are not subject to the tourist tax.
